Psalm 91
God’s protection over me against invisible and negative forces.
The Lord is my place of safety. He is my God. I trust in him.
He will certainly save me from deadly sickness.
He will cover me with his wings.
I won’t fear of terrors by night, nor the arrows that come during the day.
I won’t fear the plague that destroys at noon.
A thousand may fall at my side. Ten thousands may fall near my right hand, but no harm will come to me.
I will see with my own eyes how God punishes sinful people.
The Lord is the one who keeps me safe. So the Most High God is my habitation.
No harm will come to me, no terrible plague will come near my home.
The Lord will command his angels to take good care of me.
I will be lifted up with their hands so I won’t trip over stones.
I will walk over lions and cobras. I will crush mighty lions and poisonous snakes.
The Lord says, “I will save the one who loves me and keep him safe because he trusts me.”
He will call out to me and I will answer. He will be with me in times of trouble. He will save me, and I honor him.
The Lord will give me a long and full life.
